How old do I have to be to travel?
Live Beautifully travelers must be at least 18 years old at the time of travel.
Are there chaperones on the trips?
Because all travelers are adults, there are no chaperones; however, there are older, experienced travelers accompanying the group for guidance.
Is this a specific school sanctioned trip?
Live Beautifully is an initiative of Launched For Life, and is not affiliated with any school or university.
Are there payment plans available for Live Beautifully trips?
Each trip is different. Check the investment page for payment details.
What kind of accommodations are available?
Live Beautifully hotels are booked with double occupancy (2 people per room).
Do I need a passport for Live Beautifully travel?
Yes, Live Beautifully international trips require a valid passport. Passport should not expire within six (6) months of date of travel.
What is the refund policy for Live Beautifully travel?
Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip in the event of an emergency. See our Terms & Conditions below for more information.
How much spending money should I bring?
A minimum of $30 USD per day for non-included meals, excursions and shopping is suggested.

Do you only offer group trips?
Of course not! Group travel is our specialty, though we can plan trips for individuals, couples, corporations & events.
I live someplace other than Charlotte. Can I depart from my closest airport?
Yes! Our packages are priced from our home base (Charlotte). We can certainly accommodate departures from other cities. There may be an additional fee to do so, and we will communicate the price difference when you book your trip.
Are flights non-stop?
While we do our best to find the most direct flights, international travel requires stops most of the time. The maximum number of stops we book is 2.
What if I would like a single room?
Our packages are priced considering double-occupancy, however, single room requests can be accommodated. Single rooms are more expensive, and cost varies by destination.
When will I receive a detailed itinerary?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the detailed itinerary for the trip.
How do I purchase travel insurance?
You can purchase insurance for a single trip, or if you travel frequently, you can purchase an annual policy that covers all of your trips! Click here to get started.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, ACH, and credit cards. For Visa & Mastercard, add a 3.5% fee, American Express, add 4%.
